Reservation and cancellation policy:
Return offer:
Up to three days before arrival, the Guest can cancel the reservation for free. In case of no-show or cancellation 3 days or less prior to arrival, the Guest will be charged for the first night of their stay. The reservation must be confirmed by paying a deposit for the first night. The deposit must be paid within 1 day, and in the case of “Last minute” reservations within 30 minutes. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
Non-refundable offer:
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation in case of cancellation or no-show. The reservation must be confirmed by paying for the entire stay. Payments must be made within 1 day, and in the case of last-minute reservations, within 30 minutes.
