General Provisions 1. These regulations define the conditions for using the Online Booking application. 2. By Facility is meant in these regulations: "Salwator Apartments". 3. Customer is understood in these Regulations to mean, an individual with whom the Facility enters into a contract for the provision of services. II. Making Reservations 1. The Customer is given the option to choose the date of stay, and the number of people. The Customer can then choose among the available apartments. 2. In the second step of making a reservation - the form, the Customer fills in his personal information and any comments on the reservation. 3. In the third step, the Customer makes an in advance payment by bank transfer. 4. The Customer will receive confirmation of the down payment after it has been credited by the Facility. III. Cancellation of Reservations 1. Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival. This provision does not apply to “Non-refundable” reservations. 2. The Facility has the right to cancel a confirmed reservation within 24 hours of receiving the advance payment. In such cases, the advance payment will be refunded to the Customer. IV. Fees 1. The Customer is required to pay the deposit indicated when making the reservation. This can be done by bank transfer. 2. The remaining part of the fee for the entire stay is paid by the Customer upon arrival at the facility. 3. The Customer does not bear any costs related to the Online Booking process. V. Privacy policy 1. Privacy policy is described in "Privacy policy" section located in the footer of the website. VI. Responsibilities 1. The Customer is responsible for entering accurate information in the booking form. 2. The Facility is not responsible for incorrectly entered reservation dates or personal data. 3. The online payment system is responsible for the correct handling of the deposit in the Online Booking application. 4. The facility and the company providing the Online Booking application, NFHotel Spółka z o.o., are not responsible for the unavailability of the system, which may have resulted from causes beyond their control or due to other independent factors. VII. Complaints 1. The Customer can file the complaint within 3 days of the event. 2. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the email: dojazdowa@gmail.com 3. The complaint will be processed within 7 days of its submission. VIII. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions 1. By selecting the option to read and accept the Online Booking Terms and Conditions in the booking panel, the Customer confirms that they understand and agree to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. 2.
